All items offered for sale are conducted under the Australian Livestock & Property Agents Association (ALPA) Terms and Conditions, which are available on request & displayed at the registration office.
All lots will be sold “as is, where is” on the day of sale, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. Buyers are strongly encouraged to conduct their own inspections prior to bidding. No allowance or adjustment will be made after the fall of the hammer.
Where required, plant assessment reports will be made available for machinery prior to or on sale day. These reports are provided for information purposes only and do not constitute a warranty or guarantee of condition.

The Vendor has arranged for a contractor with a tractor to be available on the day to assist purchasers with the loading and movement of heavy items. Should you require this service, please make enquiries at the canteen facilities.
A loading ramp will also be available for purchaser use. For further information regarding access to the ramp, please see the Vendor at the canteen.
Risk passes to the buyer at the fall of the hammer. All items must be paid for before removal, and collection is the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise stated.
